School Hours:

Al-Zayn Islamic Schools offer two Kindergarten (TK) schedules to accommodate different needs:

• Morning Session: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM

• Extended Day Session: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM
  
  
  

Age Criteria:

We offer two Kindergarten levels based on your child's age:

• Kindergarten A: For children turning 4 years old by September 30th of the current year.

• Kindergarten B: For children turning 5 years old by September 30th of the current year.

Enrollment Procedures:

Al-Zayn Islamic Schools strive to make the enrollment process smooth and efficient. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Pay Registration Form: A registration form can be obtained from the school office for a nominal fee of Rp. 650.000

2. Complete the Registration Form & Documents: Fill out the registration form thoroughly and gather the required documents (listed below).

3. Trial & Observe: We encourage you to schedule a trial and observation session for your child to experience our Kindergarten program firsthand.

4. Payment: Once you decide to enroll your child, complete the tuition and any applicable fee payments.

5. Purchase School Uniform: Your child will need to wear the official Al-Zayn Islamic Schools uniform, which can be purchased separately.

Enrollment Documents:

• Completed and signed enrollment form with a Rp. 10.000 meterai stamp

• Photocopy of your child's birth certificate (original required for verification)

• Photocopy of the family card (original required for verification)

• Three recent passport-sized photographs (3x4 cm) of your child

• Photocopy of your child's vaccination records

• Photocopy of the last report card from your child's previous school (if applicable)

• Original report card and transfer letter (if your child is transferring from another school, and by June 30th at the latest)

• Photocopy of both parents' and your child's passports (if applicable)

Primary Years Program Information

Al-Zayn Islamic Schools offer a structured schedule for our Primary Years (SD) program, tailored to different age groups:

• Year 1 & 2: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM (14:00)

• Year 3 & 4: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:20 PM (14:20)

• Year 5 & 6: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:50 PM (14:50)

We accept students into our Primary Years program based on their age by September 30th of the current year:

• Year 1: 6 years old

• Year 2: 7 years old

• Year 3: 8 years old

• Year 4: 9 years old

• Year 5: 10 years old

• Year 6: 11 years old
